2. Upload a Profile Picture
The next step is to make your profile public. Check the Profile Is Public checkbox on your Edit Settings page (go to My Account then Edit Settings).
3. Optional: Update Your Profile
The next step is to update your profile: Title, Home Page URL, City, State, and Country. Go to your Edit Profile page (go to My Account then Edit Profile).
4. Optional: Update Your 'About Me' Info
The next step is to update your About Me in your profile (up to 250 characters). The text shows up at the top of your profile. Go to your [Edit Profile] page (go to My Account then Edit Profile).
5. Optional: Update Your 'Personal Message' Info
The next step is to update your Personal Message in your profile (up to 250 characters). The text shows up right after your About Me text. Go to your [Edit Profile] page (go to My Account then Edit Profile).
6. Optional: Update Your 'Home Page HTML'
The next step is to update your Home Page HTML in your profile. The HTML text, tables, links, etc show up after your Personal Message. This is where you can put some details about you, your company, hobbies, special links, etc. Go to your Edit Profile page (go to My Account then Edit Profile).
7. Optional: Post Your Resume
The next step is to update your Home Page HTML in your profile. The HTML text, tables, links, etc show up after your Personal Message. This is where you can put some details about you, your company, hobbies, special links, etc. Go to your Edit Profile page (go to My Account then Edit Profile).
8. Optional: Contribute To Our Knowledge Base
Your knowledge base posts show up on your home page (both the most recent and a link to ALL your posts). Go to our Knowledge Base and select your [My Knowledge Base].
9. Optional: Start a Blog!
A blog is a journal or series of chronological writings usually with the author's opinions and ramblings included. Go to our Knowledge Base and select your [My Blog].
