Proactive Computer Support

Our monthly service plans: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Your Support Account is used for work performed beyond your chosen monthly plan. Choose our Support Account only for a purely reactive approach to your computer needs (you need something, call us). Choose a monthly plan below to move to a proactive approach (includes a free Support Account).

Scheduled Onsite Visit

First hour free. Used for computer inventory and minor issues. First 30 minutes of travel time included (additional time billed at only $55/hr). 

Scheduled Remote Updates

The time in the Monthly Plan is free (additional time charged at your offsite rate). Apply updates, make sure security software still running, check on backup process, etc. Together we will define the work we do during this remote session. Windows Home Editions are not supported. Requires a static IP address on server and Remote Desktop must be enabled on all supported workstations.

We have an online ticket system that offers you visibility into the work we're doing for you through your My Tickets link. The requests you submit are assigned a ticket number and show up on your My Tickets page.

Our online database serves as a permanent knowledge base for the work we do for you. 
Our online database is part of your institutional memory.

Online Computer Inventory

We also offer an extensive online computer inventory for tracking computers (servers and workstations), printers, and other devices. This online database is maintained by both you and us (we both can view and edit items). This online database helps us support you better.


Frequently Asked Questions


Q. What if we have more than 20 computers?

A. You can sign up for either the Silver or Gold plans. Generally speaking, the more computers and other devices you have, the more support you'll need (beyond the Monthly Service Plan).


Q. Can I have a set time each month for your onsite monthly visit?

A. Yes. In fact, all clients are assigned a specific day of the month and time.


Q. Can I freely use my monthly (weekly with Gold) onsite visit any time I want?

A. No. The recurring onsite visit is scheduled. Support account rates apply to any other onsite visits. The purpose of the scheduled visit is for us to perform any computer inventory, check on the server(s), and to see if there are any problems. If there are quick problems we can handle within the scheduled hour, then no additional time is charged. In addition, if there is authorized work to be performed, we are their to complete it right then and there.


Q. Can I have all my account info? Passwords?

A. Yes. We do maintain a list of passwords at the office and we will give them to you at any time so long as your account is current.
