Support Account Per hour rates
Regular Tech Service:
- Regular On-Site: $110
- Regular Off-Site: $99
- Prepaid: $92 Save 16%
(covers both off-site and on-site regular work)
Special Situation Rates:
- After Hours Service: $150
- Emergency Service: $195
- Travel Time: $55 (first 30 minutes free)
- Pick up computer: $25 (must be within 30 minutes travel time, 15 minutes each way)
- Computer Evaluation: Free (when you drop off your computer at the office, minimum 1 hr charge for onsite)
Service Type Definitions:
Regular Tech Service
- Technician must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
- No extra charge for same day service if a Technician is available.
- Available weekdays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding holidays.
- Support charges accrued in 15 minute increments.
- On-site service: Minimum 1 hour charge.
Prepaid Service
- Purchase prepaid hours and use them anytime within a year.
- Refer to our Prepaid Hours page for more information.
After Hours Tech Service
- Technician must be scheduled a minimum of 3 business days in advance.
- Available weekdays outside normal business hours, on weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum 1 hour charge, additional charges accrued in 15 minute increments.
Emergency Tech Service
- Technician required on-site with less than a 24-hour notice.
- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum 2-hour charge, additional charges accrued in 15 minute increments.
Travel Time
- First 30 minutes free, weekdays between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, excluding holidays.
- Minimum 30-minute charge for after hours, and emergencies.
- Additional travel time charges will be accrued in 15 minute increments.
