What’s Included
- Unlimited remote helpdesk for all covered users

- Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and Office apps
- Account access issues and password resets
- Email troubleshooting and message tracing
- File recovery and version restore using Microsoft 365 admin tools

User and device assistance, including:
- Windows and macOS support
- Printing and peripheral issues
- Phones and basic workstation troubleshooting
- Best-effort phone support
- Support hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What This Is (and Isn’t)
This add-on is focused on operational support and training—helping users work efficiently and keeping existing systems running smoothly. It does not replace project work, infrastructure changes, or major system redesigns, which are handled separately.
