How Much Time Is Your Business Losing to Tasks That Could Be Automated?
Every day, employees spend valuable time copying information, tracking approvals, sending reminders, searching for documents, and completing the same administrative tasks over and over. These small inefficiencies add up, costing businesses time, productivity, and opportunities for growth.
What if Microsoft 365 could handle more of that work for you?
With tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Forms, many everyday processes can be streamlined without introducing an entirely new software platform.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Microsoft 365 Automation Audit really free?
Yes. The initial discovery consultation and preliminary discussion of automation opportunities are complimentary. If you decide to move forward with implementation, we will discuss the scope and any associated costs before beginning work.
Do I need to already use Microsoft 365?
No. If you’re already using Microsoft 365, we can explore ways to make better use of your existing tools. If you’re considering Microsoft 365, we can discuss whether it may be a good fit for your business.
What is Microsoft Power Automate?
Microsoft Power Automate is a workflow automation service that can connect supported applications, trigger actions, manage approvals, and reduce manual tasks. Some advanced features and integrations require additional licensing.
Will automation replace my employees?
Our focus is helping your employees spend less time on repetitive administrative work and more time on customer service, problem-solving, and higher-value responsibilities. Human review can remain part of workflows where appropriate.
Do we need to give Prestwood IT access to our systems?
Not for the introductory consultation. We’ll start by discussing your processes and objectives. Any later technical assessment requiring access would be separately discussed and authorized.
How long does the audit take?
The introductory discovery call is planned for approximately 20 minutes. More complex environments may require a separate, detailed assessment.
