Quick tips:

  1. PSP can open and edit PSD files and keep the PSD layers
  2. You can save as a PSPimage file to convert.
  3. Be sure to save as a jpg as well for preview in file manager.

Bonus tip: You can also use Adobe Brushes, .ABR files by importing them.
